Risk Management and Governance under financial regulations

How far are Japanese financial institutions affected by new EU regulatory rules such as MIFID II or the introduction of the Internal Revenue Code 871 (m) introduced in the United States this year? These are questions SIX Financial Information Japan will take up in this spring’s Tokyo Finance Forum.

Alain Delfosse, Head of Sales and Senior Country Officer Japan and Toshiaki Sunagawa, Head Business Development, will introduce the latest SIX initiatives to an audience of about 300 professionals mainly from Risk and Compliance across major financial institutions. Other key speakers will include well known personalities such as Nishida Naoki from the Financial Supervisory Authorities and Katsufuji Shiro from the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi.
